Moving Out story and homemade bimbimbap

I am kinda busy this month because I will move out to the new apartment soon :[ packing always tough.

Autumn is coming, homework also flood me, I am so hungry but don’t have time to cook something awesome. One of my favorite foods I really love to eat while busy is bimbimbap 😀

You just need to mix rice, vegetables, chili paste, and kimchi. Then tadaaaa stir everything and you will be ready. I made my own gochujang (chili paste) and kimchi. Not because I am so diligent but because gochujang in Japan usually use red wine or alcohol. I think that because they want to stop fermentation process inside the package.

Well, that’s it from. Wish me luck for my moving out process. It is so tiring for sure 😦
Arghhhh… I will miss Tokyo very much :’) for sure…
But no choice… new life in Tsukuba will waiting for me. Hopefully it is bright enough! Yeay!
