Pumpkin Soup with Coconut Milk

I am not feeling well recently, I think I am too exhausted by my moving out stuff, homework, and also temperature change 😦 I am getting older for sure hahaha.
I think it was also my bad because I eat too many instant foods.
Last time my friend sent me a recipe that she think will suit me.
It is very easy, simple, and warm 🙂
In short I made it.

I got lots of discounted pumpkin after the Halloween, and it was a right time.

Here is the recipe:

What to prepare:

  • Pumpkin puree (I made it by my self by boil the pumpkin until it soft)
  • coconut milk
  • Ground ginger
  • Onion chopped
  • spring onion
  • black pepper
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • water

To make:

  • boil the pumpkin puree then add some coconut milk, stir for a while.
  • add ground ginger, chopped onion, and chopped spring onion
  • add cinnamon, nutmeg, and some black paper. Stir.
  • wait until it is boiled

And voila! It is finish!
